Judge Don D. Bush was the Federal (Criminal) case Magistrate Judge in 2007 with Judge Richard A. Schell presiding.

When the Federal government later filed a civil case against me, he was also the Federal (Civil) case Magistrate Judge in 2007 with Judge Michael H. Schneider presiding. The case would eventually get reassigned to Magistrate Judge Amos Mazzant.
